We got the deluxe suite and it was so spacious and clean. Two televisions for our entertainment and a desk for working remote. Bathrooms were super clean and well stocked. Will definitely come again.
Check in was super easy. Friendly staff. Rooms were clean and spacious. Hotel was quiet. Breakfast was okay and basic. Location was close to food options.
After a long day of loading a moving trailer and driving eight hours, this property provided a clean, updated room and a tidy environment. Pets were accepted, though we didn’t notice a designated pet area during our short stay—thankfully we came prepared. Parking was tight with our trailer, and the crowded lot delayed our departure until it was safe to exit. Staff were friendly and welcoming, making the overall experience satisfactory despite the challenges.
The service was wonderful, especially the front desk. They were very helpful. The rooms were cleaned while we were out there in the day. Everything was great. I highly recommend La Quinta on Pinhook in Lafayette, Louisiana
My husband and I will only stay at LaQuinta Hotel this location is our FAVORITE!! When we are visiting Lafayette, La this is our home away from home. Also the fragrance as soon as you walk in and throughout the hotel smells sooo good! I LOVE it! Thanks so much for always taking such excellent care of us your hospitality service is 5 stars!!
I absolutely love this place before I book a hotel. I’ll check reviews this place had great reviews when I walked through the front doors. You can smell the cleanest absolutely love it. Everything was clean. The bed is so comfortable. They have new amenities and furniture very clean absolutely love this place. I didn’t even have to Lysol and wipe stuff down like I normally do. That is so made to stay even better because I didn’t have to do the extra work. It was already done like it was supposed to be. Very conveniently located with restaurants nearby for breakfast and stores.
Overall the hotel was clean. The lobby was decorated for Mardi and the room was clean. We met four different front desk staff and they were pleasant to interact with. Location was good for our activities. Unfortunately one key reason we chose this place over others was the indoor/outdoor heated pool that was listed as available. In fact, it was not. No sign at the desk, no sign on the pool door and nothing posted online. Our room needed the doors adjusted. The bathroom door won't close due to misalignment and our room door slams shut which could be potentially dangerous to small children.
Comfortable room and the service is on point. The staff is friendly and courteous as well. Shout-out to Anna for helping me warm my coffee up today. I would recommend staying here if your passing thru Lafayette.
